Bormio lies in the middle of Alta Valtellina less than 40km of famous Giro d’Italia stages such as Stelvio, Gavia, Mortirolo and Foscagno. Road cyclists can explore their physical and emotional limits and meet the challenge to perform the best they are capable of. Bormio and surroundings will show mountain bikers kilometers of wonderful singletrack set in beautiful alpine scenery. Enjoy superb riding on trails with gps trail data of a total length of more than 600 km in the Stelvio National Park, as well as downhill sections from 3.000m to 1.200m where international ski races take place in the winter. We also have plenty of easier trails for the less confident rider as well as 3 bike parks in the upper valley.
